Let’s get ready!

   Before we start our week of a fabulous detox we need to get our kitchens ready by:

  • ·         Cleaning the junk food out of the house (candy, cakes, cookies, processed foods, chips, ect
  • ·         Start weaning yourself off of caffeine and alcohol (they interfere with healthy detoxification when consumed in large quantities)
  • ·        Get your grocery list ready to stock your fridge with  foods from the food list provided below. YUM!
